Our landmarked farmyard is situated in the eastern part of Lüneburg Heath a large area of heath, geest and woodland, around 1 hour southeast of the city of Hamburg. This small village is a so called Rundlingsdörfer only 70 of them solely exist in this region and they are worldwide unique.

The half-timbered central building changed during the centuries from typical lower saxony farmyard to an imposing estate house with a lot of Jugendstil elements. It is surrounded by some more agricultural buildings. We bought the farmyard beginning of 2013.
